I must admit that before starting this, I was not sure about committing myself to the effort of attending a 5-day workshop... I had my questions about the nature and content of the program. But now, having participated and 'graduated' from this workshop, I will not stop at just ‘recommending’ others to attend this workshop, but I would actively persuade everyone to 'experience' it.

All of us in our lives are exposed to cultures, beliefs and practices – and most of us either follow them blindly or challenge them, but few take the time to actually understand the reasons behind these complex concepts.

And even few of those who understand are, willing and able, to extend this beautiful knowledge back to the society without any bias. I was able to get a glimpse of such knowledge from Krishna ji.

Every day the concepts and details that were presented in the workshop would make me wonder at the effort and perseverance must have been endured to gather, combine, understand, and deliberately simplify this exemplary knowledge into involving discussions. At the same time, being personally able to engage and participate in such discussions was both energizing and enlightening.

To me the class was, in short, An Introduction to Life. The reason I say introduction is because, for something as rich, complex and mysterious as life is - the best anyone can provide us with is an introduction, and the rest is up to us. I felt that the objective of the workshop is to give us a framework and the tools to examine, understand and build ourselves. The concepts are very practical and can help us in our day to day interactions. At the same time, they are deep and profound ideas too, which will enrich our understanding.

Krishna ji has put forth a lot of effort in bringing such beautiful composition to us and only when we ‘experience’ this workshop, will we begin to comprehend its depth. I believe it to be my privilege to have been in such company.

Having started as a skeptic, I graduated as a believer.
