This course, like any other, aims to change the way you see the pertaining field. But since this is mainly about one’s own self, it can change the way you feel about yourself. As a result of that you also end up looking at the world around you differently. Taken in the right spirit, this course material has the potential to show you a whole different universe or rightly put “from a new orbit”.
That being said, this course has nothing to do with anything else than YOU. For most part it shows how better we can live our daily life and a remainder speaks on how you can ponder on the other parts (if you care at all).
Now for me, it was a great experience. The concepts are gathered exhaustively and scientifically and are presented succinctly and poetically.
