It opened my eyes to new ways of parenting. It helped me identify my own personality and that of those around me. He explained beautifully about the Pancha Koshas and how to use them to identify the personality of different people.
I felt very much happy to attend Medhajananam workshop. Everyone is having many problems in their life and they are suffering a lot. Now I am able to find the solutions to solve the problems because of Medhajananam.
Now I recognized that I am also one of the strong persons in this world. I can achieve anything which I desire to and even I can do miracles. The class has also increased my consciousness level. I am very much impressed by the concepts of AUM, Jeevana Ratham, Cycles and Colors. These concepts will be very useful in my future life.
Workshop started by identifying the needs of an individual such as emotional and intellectual, be it a child or an adult. Then the workshop discussed the Native and Simulated modes that are part of human behavior. Then the concept of KOSAS was explained with the help of color-coding. It is indeed an interesting topic that helps one assess the personality of a person.
As teachers, we get more opportunity everyday to apply this concept with our kids in school. This concept is already helping us find the strengths and problems of each child. It also helps us with solutions which can be applied to a child.
I never attended such a marvelous, interesting & inspiring workshop till now in my life, the words which you defined about yourself “ tapha swadhaya niratam” itself has a lot of inspiration in itself…..NO WORDS ..TO DEFINE YOUR WORKSHOP
Sir, you are the best teacher and motivator in my life. You helped me with this workshop in counseling and legal field. In the beginning of the workshop, you taught us the importance of Tapah Swadhyaya and Om Sahanaavavatu which were universal messages. The best message you gave was of Harvesting Educational Innovation.
The workshop was thoroughly thought-provoking and has set me thinking and analyzing my own and people’s reactions many times. The whole concept is based on human psychology and is complex, yet Sharmaji made it simple and related it to real life with ease and expertise.
Though I felt it difficult in the beginning to understand the concepts of color, later when I started understanding it, it was so much beneficial and motivating, to study the nature of the people in general and students in classrooms. I am now used to applying daily these color concepts at home, which seemed to be very much interesting.
There were quality discussions that have been helpful to progress in personal life and improve managerial skills. It is vital to know how different we are from each other. We keep comparing people and expect people to behave to our expectations. Now I realized how wrong we are to expect someone to match your personality and expectations as others are unique in their own way.
I used to feel embarrassed of my being introvert and shy. I used to think that it is a negative personality and I had to change this. But as the workshop about "Nature Oriented Nurture" unfolded, it helped me develop the confidence to know that there is nothing wrong being introvert and I am now happy to know that it is my true color and nature. I am at peace with my self.
I also loved the way Sharma sir made connections between the characters from Ramayana and real life. This guided me to understand myself better and clear by establishing parallels in personality traits with my role models. The manner in which Sir introduced himself was also innovative. In fact, his introduction served as the ground for the rest of the workshop.
I now feel confident in applying this approach to different situations that come knocking at my door. I also feel that it has enhanced my spiritual awareness and helped change my internal dialogue with the self.
Before attending this workshop, I used to wonder, why am I like this? Soo calm and quite…, Is there something wrong with me?? Now I understood; God created a nice human being like me. Haaaa…!
I really enjoyed and learned many new concepts in this workshop. Really, I felt it was an informative workshop. This workshop has given many new concepts such as “Education is additive, Learning is multiplicative”.
Normally, we keep comparing students with each other. But this workshop has given a new outlook to understand the uniqueness of the students. The “Walking grass” concept is also new.
Most of us are raising our kids without even knowing the basics of parenting i.e., simply experimenting with our idea of raising on our kids. If that experiment is NOT successful then the victim is our loving own child.
